Time To Pick A Date  

Okay....Here's the skinny. As of right now, we have 2 dates available for the 15 year reunion. The plan is to have it at Lost Arrow Resort, so we are restricted by their availability.

The Weekend of July 19th or The Weekend of September 27

Now, for those of you with children, I am sure the July date will probably be easier as the kiddies are on summer break. However, due to the fact that there is also a family reunion booked for that weekend, there is less availability as far as lodging is concerned. The weekend in September is basically wide open, meaning that the majority of the 29 rooms on site are available. Keep in mind West Branch is about 17 miles away, and all of the local motels/hotels would probably have some availability. So...maybe this isn't a big deal???

Anyway, the plan is still to keep things casual. My thinking is that for those of you who want to make a weekend out of it; you can arrive Friday night, have dinner in the restaurant and hang out. Saturday would be the actual reunion. There's a volleyball net, indoor pool, hay rides we could book, boat rides we could book. That evening, I thought we could use the 15 foot grill and just do a great picnic with brats & burgers (keep the cost down). Either date should ensure good weather.

Anyway, the most important thing is to pick the date. So, if I could get as much feedback ASAP, I would greatly appreciate it. Once the date is set, I'll post here and on classmates. I look forward to hearing from you.
