Hi everyone!

YES…it’s REALLY that time…well…actually, it is “past” that time, but hey, let’s be different. I think we always were! Come and celebrate our 11 year class reunion! Food, dancing, music and memories will be shared by all, and we definitely want you there to help celebrate!

HERE IS THE SCOOP… and it is a BIG ONE, so PLEASE pay attention to ALL of the DETAILS and DEADLINES. They are very important and necessary in order for everything to come together. Thanks in advance for responding ASAP… whether you are coming or not. If you are NOT coming, a courteous email or phone call is GREATLY appreciated ASAP. If you have already emailed me with a yes or no… that was just to give me an idea if you were “planning” on coming in order for me to find the right venue. Now I need your final decision. Read on…

PLACE: Quality Inn: I-75/Cook Road – Exit 212 - West Branch, MI
TIME: 6:00 pm – 12:01 am…
COST THROUGH JULY 21ST: $30 per person / This includes: DINNER, DJ,
ONSITE PHOTOGRAPHER, POSTAGE AND “SUPPLIES” USED TO
ENHANCE THE EVENING’S FESTIVITIES. (CASH BAR WILL BE AVALIABLE.)

COST: Yes….I know I’m repeating myself, but there is more to the “cost.” $30 per person applies if your RSVP/$ is received on or before JULY 21ST.
• RSVP/$ received between July 22nd – August 21st = $40 per person.
• RSVP/$ received between August 22nd and September 13th = $50 per
person.
• Any RSVP/$ received after September 13th will not be guaranteed
admission.


PLEASE: In courtesy to those who are initially investing a lot of “nonrefundable” money towards this reunion, and to save yourself money, RSVP/$ by the first due date – JULY 21st.


I have done my best to make the price fair and have estimated the amount of attendees based on my initial email RSVP’s, and of those yet to be contacted that still live near West Branch, that I assumed would try and come. The final ticket price reflects the number in attendance.

I NEED YOUR FAVORITE PICTURES…
Although the evening will be dedicated to a lot of catching up with old friends, there are some other fun things that I would like to try and put together for all to enjoy. This is where 20…maybe 30 minutes of your own “pre-party” time comes in. Pull out your old pictures and memories and scan 5-6 of your favorite and email them to me. I’m hoping to put together a photo montage of the old days. You are welcome to send more if you like.

MEMORABILIA TABLE…
There will “hopefully” be a memorabilia table set out for display. This basically will consist of, but not limited to, more pictures, newspaper clippings, memories….anything that you have that you can bring for everyone to take a look at from our school days. I would suggest putting your photos in a picture album with your name on it to insure its safe return at the end of the night.

REMEMBER WHEN…
Email me your favorite story/memory from high school….even junior high that you would love to relive and share with everyone. It can be as long or as short as you would like. It could be a statement of appreciation for another teacher or classmate, or a fun trivia question like… “Who was the person who tried to set the press box on fire?” (Please supply the answers with your personal trivia!)

I am definitely open to more ideas and suggestions as far as festivities for the evening. If you have something that you would love to do or see….let me know.
